This is how it works!

Step 1: Working on your Design!

Email us your logo and let us know if you want your employees first and last name, title, department or employee number on your badge. From there our graphic artist will draw up a draft design and email it to you for your evaluation. Make as many changes as you want! When you think you have the look you want then we will ship you an actual sample of your new badge for final approval!

Step 2: Send us your Employees names and pictures!

Use the digital camera you already have in house! Take your employees photos and save them as .jpg or .bmp files and use your employee’s names as the file name. Then E-mail them to us along with your employee’s information to go on badge.

Picture taking tip! Have your camera set to the best quality setting. In a well lit room be 3-4 feet from your subject. Have them stand against a white wall. Use Flash… if you want you can email us your first picture so we can evaluate! Don’t worry about cropping the photo, we will do that service for you!
